I return to the jungle in april for my first ever dieta.. an intense and meaningful process of focus, isolation, deep cleaning and shamanic studies with the Shipibo tribe.

After the jungle i will spend a week traveling Peru to source wares to bring back to the states. I loooooooove bringing yall back goodies and supporting local artists this way.

Everytime i go to the jungle and study it costs between 3-5k depending on where i go, what i do, when i buy flights etc. The money goes directly to the tribes people, flights, the organizers of my trips, transportation, proper clothing (jungle clothes is DIFFERENT lol) and jungle gear.

I come back each time so so so well, so able to hold the space i do, and with new skills to be of service to my people. If you’ve worked with me for years you KNOW how much my work has changed since i started going to the jungle.

I offer now a flash sale! To fund some of my studies and to help you receive some financial support in accessing any work you’ve been wanting to do with me :) mutually beneficial is the name of this game!

this is likely my last visit to colombia without citizenship! i came for the week to visit family, make music and be outside with my dearest friend @santiagoag__ , and speak spanish for the week.

i have been overworking and on the verge of burnout. my work needs me at full health and vitality and focus.. so happy to take some time off so i can come back and keep doing what i love.

my work means so much to me. i hope everyone who works with me knows how glad i am to be service to you and help you. so many healers and artists and friends have helped me, too. i just ask you keep paying it forward.. help those around you whenever you can.. so we can continue to bring more happiness, respect, humanity, and health into the world.

i love this sweet life of mine. i think i’m very fortunate and i take not a moment for granted. thank you life and all the hands that uplift me. i pray only for good things to come to all those who seek peace and love inside themselves. i pray all children are safe. i pray all wars end. i pray it starts with me.. that i learn how to eradicate all violence and hate inside me. i am here with you, doing the same work. we are side by side.. warriors of light. may peace wash over us all and the doors to heaven on earth open wide for each who says yes.. let’s do it, yall. we can. we will.. we are.

7 new people in the world who now carry kambo on their personal altar! couldn’t have gone better, couldn’t have had a more connected first group to train to self-serve kambo. wise humans. lots of honest prayers, willingness to learn, and readiness to welcome this next step with kambo.

i cried when i watched them serve themselves kambo for the first time. this medicine has transformed my physical and spiritual health. to give away my job.. to hand over the personal access to this gift from the jungle.. it was amazing to witness and guide. yall did great! wow!

thank you @keelia.ryan who shares the same values and level of experience with me.. thank you for being my second brain and second pair of eyes for this trainings. you are easy to love and to work with. having you by my side enriches my life and those who come work with me. we all are so glad to have you!

i feel in deep integrity and confidence with my work. i feel this towards those i trained this weekend. i am proud of them. i am happy for them. i feel fulfilled and right on time… i feel so happy to see people open to the jungles magic here in the states. the respect and integrity and fun in this group was very high and it inspires me.

i’m so pleased to be so well trained that i can pass this information on so people can work with kambo with respect for themselves + the frog + tribes, understanding of how this remedy works, and leave plenty of space for mystery and magic. thank you to all my teachers and friends who have talked to me about kambo, trained me, served me, and walked with me. there are too many hands that have gone into my personal training to list. you know who you are.

i have played this song a lot in ceremonies or around fires but never in a concert setting. performing for crowds .. as a musician… has been a wonderful and unexpected gift 2026 is seemingly bringing me. moooreeee pleeeassrre i like it !

Speaking for myself.. being a medicine woman..

This path has molded me into a walking contradiction. I lean neither left nor right..& you’ll hardly find me at center. I hold all my beliefs loosely about who i or others or what things are. i’ve seen too much change.. transform infront of my eyes to believe anything is fixed.

Being a medicine woman is a path of devoted study. I go to the jungle and sit in silence with elders, I go to therapy and do parts work, I drink the remedy, I am sent out alone for 4 days with no shelter, no food, no water into the andes mountains… told to get to know myself..

I fight with a friend and learn about my defense pattern + who can’t walk this path with me.. i cry, it hurts.. I fall in love and learn about dreaming.. taking care of others, I make music and let God guide my voice, I meditate daily.. I read.. I teach.. and it all molds me. I am constantly humbled and eager to learn more.

Over the years i’ve learned how to communicate with animals and plants. My existence has become deeply connected and enchanted. Strange, magical things happen regularly that I couldn’t explain or want to try. Synchronicities make me laugh at how common they are.

People are very generous with me and constantly helpful. Whenever i need a hand.. there is one outstretched. I only hope i am giving enough in return. Gratitude fills me regularly.

Somehow I am always getting healthier and more beautiful.. so are all the people in my life. Somehow I am getting happier and feeling more peace.

I am loved as a medicine woman and community member. I am also judged and misunderstood.. Society does not understand me. People want to cancel me anytime I make a mistake.

Medicine women live in a place only few could understand.. and it’s often not by choice. Many times i’ve tried to reject the path and say no.. it is often a challenge to devote yourself to a life of helping others mend their bodies and souls.

It means i have to go to the ugliest most sick parts of myself.. so that when you are there.. I am able to find you. I see you.

This is the greatest honor. Thank you to my fellow medicine women.. I love you so! This is the greatest joy to walk with you.

cacao is the fruit that chocolate comes from. i have studied the chocolate making process and cacao ceremony for 4 years now.. including visits to farms in Colombia, Guatemala, and Perú to learn with natives.

Saturday, Feb 28 @keelia.ryan will be helping me serve at MELT @montague_retreat_center_events and we will be opening for the incredible Mal Maiz @sonido_mal_maiz

Saturday, March 7 @botanicoco__ and I are holding a chocolate party at her art studio in Holyoke. I’ll serve cacao and share a short acústica set. From there we have a chocolate tasting and a DJ dance party.
