Business. Witch. Council.

Business – Your soul has called you to serve others by working for yourself. You don’t want to offer your services or products in the conventional cash-grab kind of way. You want harmony between your heart, your body, money, clients, your offerings, and everything it takes to be a woman in business.

Witch – She is the one that knows love and believes in miracles. The one connected to Earth and Earth’s people. Connected to the stars and universal wisdom. Call it magic.. prayer.. art.. meditation.. either way you walk the Beauty Way. The witch / diety / priestess / medicine woman part of you is deeply involved in your work in the world.

Council – Each person joining the Business Witch Council has a wise voice we all want to hear. We reject the patriarchy's top down system. We gather in a circle, able to see each person with equal sight. We will operate as equals who just so happen to have different roles, level of experience, and expertise in different realms. Chantelle will act as Head of our council.. guiding the flow and holding the structure. Each woman in our council will have space to be seen, heard, and respected in this circle.

The Business Witch Council is a 6-month program for the one ready to devote fully to personal liberation. It's time to take pleasure in the learning process. We gather in shared commitment to meaningful professional transformation.

2% of all of Chantelle’s net monthly income is donated directly to the indigenous tribes of Putomaya which is the Amazon Rainforest within Colombia. Chantelle will begin offering yearly trips to meet the tribal folx of Colombia starting April of 2025.

The Structure

There are 3 key interactive elements to the Business Witch Council...

1. The Circle : The Business Witch Council is a 6-month commitment to join weekly 60-minute circle and council via zoom. Our council is an anything-business-related goes portal.. where everyone gets a turn sitting in the center of the circle. Come to feel and process the realness surrounding running a business. Here we talk spiritual, mystical, emotional, and practical. Come and recieve insight, clarity, reflection, and accountability. Come to be seen and supported in your awakening to a life where you design the days and the way you serve the world. Here is a weekly time to move beyond fear, rewrite stories around your work, and shift to your most loving perspective.

2. The Classroom : There is an optional 30-minute Q&A held weekly via zoom, where you can ask Chantelle anything business related. This is a more traditional classroom setting to compliment the weekly council. All calls are recorded for you to relisten at your leisure.

3. The Logistics : Every other week there is a chance to receive technical and logistical business planning support. This is optional and at your discretion. Every other week you will be prompted and fill out and update your online journal. Chantelle will go over your Business Witch journal and offer insight into marketing -- branding -- client hiccups that arise -- sales -- help you plan offerings -- give logistical support, ask clarifying questions, and anything else you might need to take the next weeks steps in growing your business.

You are not willing to slow down, to speed up. This program is not here to burn you out and add to your stress. The Business Witch Council is 6-months long for a reason. Join us if you are ready to commit. We are seeking sustainable business growth.. not quick cash or immediate change. It may happen, but it’s not our main shared intention.

You have very difficult relationships with other women (IE you see women as competition, you tend to place people on pedestals then rip them down)… and aren’t ready to move beyond that. Come with your sisterhood wounds but only if you’re excited at the idea of working through them. We’re here for it.

You are looking only for strategy and logistical help. The Business Witch Council is designed to uplift your personal wellness, fulfillment, and community body. OR -- you are only looking for emotional and spiritual support. Come to the Business Witch Council ready to learn some real business practices and strategies.

You expect just joining the calls to be enough. It simply will not. You WILL have to get on sales calls, write content, market, adjust your current offerings, attend community events, and do many things on your own time to see your business grow. The Business Witch Council will be in your corner.. Uplifting you on, offering feedback, and asking you to hold yourself accountable.

You want this program to fix your entire life. It simply will not.. As first and foremost.. You were never broken. Second of all -- this mentorship is a container crafted to uplift you.
